I was born in the Philippines and came to London, England in the 1990s. I was a chef for many French and Italian diplomatic families and then started my own catering business, creating meals for everything from small dinner parties to corporate functions. I bring my Asian background to a serious study of European methods. I offer a wide range of flavors with the satisfaction of comfort food. I enjoy working with clients to create menus to satisfy their desires. Every dish uses natural ingredients, my home-made sauces and marinades and is made with LOVE.
