MAIN COURSES

Aylin’s original recipes are always low sodium, using the finest ingredients. Sauces are always home-made using herbs and spices from her garden. Always served with delightful side-dishes such as fluffy saffron rice, garlic-herb potatoes. Spicy to succulent, vegetarian and gluten-free options a specialty.

BAKING

Traditional methods include sourdough starter, hand-rolling and long proof times to boost flavor. Breads include Sundried Tomato, Real Rye, Sourdough, Olive, Seeded, and Garlic & Onion. Taste our baguettes, bagels, Chausson, and authentic French & Flaky Croissants (try them with chocolate or Purple Yam!)

Hi, I’m Aylin (pronounced like ‘Eileen’!)

I was born in the Philippines and came to London, England in the 1990s. I was a chef for many French and Italian diplomatic families and then started my own catering business, creating meals for everything from small dinner parties to corporate functions. I bring my Asian background to a serious study of European methods. I offer a wide range of flavors with the satisfaction of comfort food. I enjoy working with clients to create menus to satisfy their desires. Every dish uses natural ingredients, my home-made sauces and marinades and is made with LOVE.
